Occupational Therapy Evaluation (Required for Tier 1 and 2)

A comprehensive assessment that examines your child’s development and daily routines. Includes clinical interpretation, caregiver education, and a clear plan for next steps.

What’s Included in the OT Assessment:

  • 1- 2 hours of clinical testing

  • Parent interview to understand routines, concerns, and goals

  • Developmental assessment (fine motor, play, sensory processing, and self-help skills)

  • Clinical observation through play-based tasks

  • Review of medical history, school/clinic reports, or prior evaluations

  • Personalized recommendations for Tier 1 or Tier 2 services

  • Written summary of findings and next steps

  • Conducted using a secure, high-quality telehealth platform designed for families.

Tier 1: Empower

(OT Parent Coaching) $170/session

Evidence-based parent coaching sessions that empower caregivers with strategies proven to support long-term developmental progress and true carryover.
Available after OT evaluation.

Tier 1 includes support in:

  • Home routines & carryover

  • Sensory regulation plans

  • Behavior & co-regulation

  • Feeding routines & mealtime support (Non-Therapy)

  • Play-based learning

  • Early developmental guidance

  • Understanding your child’s sensory and motor needs

Parent coaching helps you feel confident supporting your child throughout daily life using strategies backed by research.

Tier 2: Support

(OT Direct Therapy) $200/session

Direct occupational therapy sessions focused on building foundational developmental skills.
Available after OT evaluation.

Tier 2 supports areas such as:

  • Feeding support (SOS-informed)

  • Fine motor development

  • Sensory processing

  • Early milestone skills

  • Play skills

  • Self-help independence

  • Reflex integration

Tier 3: Sleep

$1,095 – $1,595 Total package

This package includes a comprehensive infant or toddler sleep assessment focused on sleep patterns, routines, regulation, sensory factors, and daily rhythms.

Please note: this sleep assessment is separate from a formal occupational therapy evaluation. This package includes the sleep assessment and guidance

Individualized, science-backed sleep and regulation guidance

  • Full assessment of your infant or toddler’s sleep troubles

  • A custom sleep program to build confidence and support, guiding you and your child to more restful nights

  • 7 days of 1:1 follow-up parent coaching, through phone/text support to keep you on track

  • Support for bedtime routines, naps, and daily rhythms

  • Sleep space review with sensory and environmental considerations

  • Sleep log guidance to inform adjustments over time

  • Collaboration with other caregivers or professionals, as needed

    This is a short-term, high-impact sleep support package created to help families build sustainable infant and toddler sleep routines, improve regulation, and feel confident supporting sleep at home—without quick fixes, rigid programs, or pressure-based approaches.
