However you arrived here, we're so glad you’re here.
Let’s explore how OTier Pediatric Therapy can help your family reach new tiers together.

Tier 1 Explained

Tier 1 is designed for parents who are ready to build understanding, structure, and confidence through a science-backed parent coaching model. This tier focuses on helping caregivers understand why certain strategies work and how to support their child’s development within everyday routines.

Sessions center on education, guided reflection, and practical planning—not hands-on child treatment. Your OT helps you make sense of sensory processing, regulation, feeding, and daily routines, then works with you to create clear, realistic strategies you can begin using at home.

Rather than practicing strategies step-by-step during sessions, Tier 1 focuses on building a strong foundation: understanding your child’s needs, identifying what’s getting in the way of daily life, and creating a plan that fits your family. This tier is ideal for parents who want clarity, direction, and confidence before moving into more hands-on support.

Designed for

  • Parents seeking education and guidance before or between therapy services

  • Families navigating early concerns, waitlists, or new diagnoses

  • Caregivers who want a clearer understanding of sensory processing, regulation, feeding, or routines

  • Families looking to build confidence and structure without direct child intervention
